Shipping Policy

Every bracelet is carefully packed and shipped worldwide from our artisan studio.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. During peak periods or promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delays due to customs, public holidays, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use our Order Tracking page to follow your shipment in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. Element Born has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

We declare all packages accurately and at full value for customs purposes.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check the tracking link in your confirmation email. If the package appears stuck or lost, contact us at contact@elementborn.com with your order number — we'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
