We accept returns on items returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:
To initiate a return, email contact@elementborn.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund including return shipping — whichever you prefer.
We do not currently process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return the original for a refund and place a new order. If your new order is of equal or greater value, email us and we'll waive return shipping on a case-by-case basis.
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank — some institutions take additional processing time. If you still haven't received it, contact us at contact@elementborn.com and we will investigate immediately.
